Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank invested GH¢23,000 in the development of classroom infrastructure for two basic schools in Amansie Central District.

Samanhyiakrom D.A. Pre-school & Primary School received GHC16000 for construction of a new classroom block while Samanhyiakrom Junior High got 20 bags of cement to help complete its classroom building project. Pakyi No. 2 Presby Junior High also got 200 bags of cement worth GHC7,000.

CEO of the Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Dr. Stephen Safo Kantanka described it as a matter of necessity for the bank to address the challenges of the school, recognizing that education was essential to national development.

Board Chairman of Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Mr. Patrick Owusu reiterated the importance of the bank’s honoring its human-centered institutional principles and its commitment to education in its operational areas.
