Dannex, Aryton, and Starwin Pharmaceuticals donated medication worth GHS20,000 to Kaneshie Polyclinic. The three companies, which are in the process of a merger, also sanitized and fumigated the health centre.
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for the three pharmaceuticals companies Mr. Kwasi Yirenkyi described the outreach as the companies’ way of giving back to society. Mr. Yirenkyi noted that the Kaneshie Polyclinic is a neighbor and the first place of call in the event of a health emergency. He observed that clinic faced many challenges and that the trio pharmaceutical companies were happy to lend a helping hand.
Established in the 1980s, Dannex, Ayrton Drugs Limited, and Starwin Ghana produce pharmaceutical goods to meet more than a quarter of local demand. The anticipated merger will allow the soon to be named company to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
