Dantex West Africa Foundation, a non-governmental, organisation presented medical supplies to the Tanyigbe Health Post in the Volta Region.

The supplies, including blood collection tubes, “sharp collectors,” injection needles, and disinfecting wipes were estimated at GHC45,000 ($11,700).

Mr Francis Venunye Dzani, the Director of the Foundation, said the gesture was to mark the Easter activities and help enhance quality healthcare delivery in the farming community.

Ms Enyonam Aborbor, the Health Officer in-charge of the Post, said the items would improve health service to the about 5,020 users of the health facility from the Tanyigbe, Tokokoe and Akoefe communities.
