Everpure Ghana Ltd donated 900 bags of Sachet water, 500 cartons of bottled water and 15 boxes of alcohol-based hand sanitizers to Tema General Hospital, Tema Regional Police Command and GA South Municipal Assembly. The gift will help go to support frontline service providers in charge of COVID-19-related work.
Commercial Director of Everpure Ghana Mr. Edbert Adjah said water was synonymous with life and Everpure thought it necessary to ensure that frontline service providers had access to potable, readily available water as they went about their work fighting the pandemic. Mr. Adjah explained that Everpure Ghana was aware of the government’s efforts to fight the pandemic and it considered it important for the business community to contribute to the effort.
The Management of Everpure Ghana reminded the public to strictly adhere to safety measures such as frequent handwashing with soap under running water, the practicing of social distance of at least 2 meters and avoiding touching faces, ears , nose and eyes with hands.
Tema Regional Police Commander DCOP Edward Oyerifi thanked the management of Everpure for the kind gesture. DCOP said the donated resources will help energize front line workers. Medical Director of Tema General Hospital Dr. Richard Anthony also thanked the Everpure team for the support.
