Hisense Ghana Limited donated a special package of electronic equipment to Ogbojo Polyclinic in Accra. Ms Abena Konadu, Marketing Coordinator at Hisense Ghana, describe the support as part of the company’s COVID-19 campaign to support health facilities in Ghana fight the pandemic. The gift package included:

  • Two 2.0 horse power split air conditioner units
  • One 1.5 horse power split air conditioner
  • Two 130 L Table Top Fridges and
  • Two 43-inch Android digital satellites TVs

“This is one of the many donations we have extended to health facilities in the country… It is our token in the fight against the disease, but we believe it will go a long way in helping the Polyclinic.”

Dr. Diana Donkor, Head of Ogbojo Polyclinic received the donated equipment and expressed gratitude to Hisense Ghana for the support. Dr. Donko noted that the facility’s OPD has no TV, which made it difficult to show on demonstrative lessons to patients. “The gesture is timely and we are grateful to Hisense for this support,” she added.

Recently, the Hisense Ghana, offered a similar support to Amrahia Health Centre.

The Ogbojo Polyclinic is an NHIS accredited centre that offers like ANC, post natal, mental health, Ear, Nose and Throat, Male Circumcision, X-Ray and Pharmacy services among others.
