Hisense Electronics donated six 40-inch LED TVs to Ghana Police Hospital to support the efforts of the hospital in combating the spread of the new coronavirus.
Ms. Abena Konadu and Mr. Duran Obeng led Hisense’s Marketing Team delegation to present the TVs to the Police Hospital in Accra. Mr. Obeng described the gift as part of Hisense Ghana’s CSR commitments. He said the support is a response to an appeal for support made by the police hospital that sought support for the hospital’s health education program for patients.
Deputy Commissioner of Police and Administrator at the Police Hospital Mr. David Eklu ethanked Hisense for coming to the assistance of the hospital. Mr. Eklu said the hospital needed the TV sets at a crucial time for its internal education program. He said the set would be mounted at vantage section of the hospital’s department for patients.
