The gift included vegetable oil, gari, maize, rice, beverages, biscuits, used-clothing and footwear. Immanuel Restoration School also provided a cheque for GH¢1,732.
Mr. Moses Affram of the IT Department of Dzorwulu Special School received the items on behalf of the Special School and paid glowing tribute to Immanuel Restoration School for its sustained annual donations to the school over the past five years.
Mr. Affram noted that the purpose for the establishment of the Special School was to provide special training for special needs children that equipped them with needed skills to make them productive so that they too could contribute their quota to national development.
Rev. Cecilia Campbell, Founder and Director of Immanuel Restoration School Complex, assured the beneficary school of Immanuel’s continued assistance.
Rev. Campbell explained that Immanuel Restoration School Complex sought to provide leadership training for its students and motivate them to give back to the socially vulnerable through practical demonstration of kindness and through spending some time with such individuals and providing them with words of encouragement.
