Kasapreko Ltd donated a package of its products to Manhyia Palace to support Manhyia’s outreach to  vulnerable groups in lockdown areas in Greater Kumasi. The package included GHS40,000 worth of Awake Purified Drinking Water, RKCL Hand Sanitizers and Royal, 10/10 drinks and Veraldo beverages. Territory Department Officer for Kasapreko Mr. Nii Ahuateh Akwetey-Kodjoe explained that Kasapreko’s CSR commitments prioritizes impacting lives in meaningful ways, especially touching the lives of the socially vulnerable. Mr. Akwetey-Kodjoe said the company is in the process of reaching out to other institutions.

Kasapreko previously donated KCL hand sanitizers to the Ministry of Information, 37 Military Hospital and Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. The company was proudly one of the first to produce certified Ghana-made hand sanitizers to make up for the shortages and price gouging that hit the Ghanaian market immediately following the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dominasehene Baffour Yaw Boateng received the gift package on behalf of Manhyia Palace and thanked Kasapreko Ltd for supporting efforts to reach out to the  socially vulnerable in local communities under lockdown.
