The 1989/91 year group of the Old Mawuli Students Union (OMSU) of Mawuli Senior High School (SHS) in Ho has presented a tricycle and a carton of gloves to its alma mater, to be used in the school’s infirmary.

Presenting the keys to the school’s Headmaster, Mr K.T Aggor, the leader of the group, Mr Innocent Haligah, said the gesture was in response to a particular need of the school to address the problem of conveying goods from the market to the school’s kitchen, as well as fetching water for some peculiar services on the school’s compound.

He promised that the year group was still prepared to extend further assistance to its alma mater.

Gratitude

Receiving the keys, Mr Aggor extended the gratitude of staff, students and management of the school to all past students for their deep involvement in promoting the welfare of the school.

He said considering some challenges facing the school, there was the need to cultivate the spirit of teamwork to find solutions to such problems.

He promised to use the tricycle for the intended purpose and assured the group of proper maintenance of the facility.
