The Rotaract Club of Accra-Labone donated a computer with accessories including a printer, a TV set and signage to the Cantonments Divisional and District Police Headquarters. The gift was part of the club’s annual flagship project, ‘Tour De Labone.’

President of Rotaract Club of Accra-Labone Mr. Albert Amekudzi explained that gift was made to address some of the urgent needs and priorities of the police. Mr. Amekudzi affirmed club’s resolve to continue to engage the police and support them in the discharge of their duties. He also appealed to the youth to support the police by providing them with right and timely information.

Divisional and District Commander William Asante thanked the club members for their support and encouraged the youth to share relevant information with the police to help the police fight crime.

Tour De Labone is an annual event of Rotaract Club of Accra-Labone where Rotaractors and Rotarians ride bicycles from Aviation Social Center through Cantonments to Labone and other parts of the city to embark on a project.
