Presiding Bishop of Victory Bible Church International (VBCI) Bishop Nii Apiakai Tackie-Yarboi donated excercise books, jersey kits, stationery, plastic chairs and a computer to Osu Salem Presbyterian Boys Junior High School, his alma mater.
The donation was part of his Bishop Takie-Yarboi’s 60th birthday celebrations.
Reminiscing his time at the school he left in 1973, Bishop Tackie-Yarboi described the school as the place where the seeds of Christian faith were sown in him. He noted that it gave him great pride to come back to the school that nurtured him and showed him the way.
He urged the students to take inspiration from the lives of all the great men who attended the school, focus on their studies and build a strong relationship with God.
Headmaster of the Osu Salem Presbyterian Boys JHS Mr. Nana K. A. Koomson thanked Bishop Yarboi and VBCI for the donation.
